We want you to be happy with your purchase from M-T Saddle Shop. If something isn't right, please contact us before returning your item.

Returns

Returns must be authorized by M-T Saddle Shop before they are sent back.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be new and unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because they are made specifically for you, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
